What compares with the allure of superior horsepower? This ‘65 Caddie represents agency and forward movement as part of my Transportation series. Alchemy and the Shadow
TAMMY BROWN

Organic shapes abstracted from nature drawings seemed to transform themselves into shadow references. .As I painted they made references to human form and structure. RAKU 5
TRILCE MAGO
Original Ceramic

Please Inquire.
Crafted using the traditional Japanese Raku technique, this artwork embodies the alchemical journey of transformation. Removed from the kiln at peak heat and rapidly cooled in smoke, the clay undergoes elemental trials—fire, air, earth, and water. The resulting crackle, texture, and unpredictability speak to the ancient pursuit of turning the ordinary into the extraordinary.
Origins
BEVERLY DENNIS
Original Oil
12 x 16
700.
The night sky of ancient peoples was not illuminated with ambient electrical sources. It was blanket dark. The focus was stellar and dramatic. There was speculation of movement from one star to another. Magic and mystery. A casual tree line on a hill side did not have roads and vehicles, but still revealed life and movement. People and events occurred and were most probably marked in some way. Peoples passed and remained.
Colors of Alchemy
TAMMY BROWN
Original Oil
16 x 20
300.
I picked up an unfinished painting of beautiful glowing colors to transform it Alchemy-style with black paint. I did not realize that I was working with the four main colors of Alchemy—
black (breaking down), white (purification), red (culmination) and yellow (enlightenment). The egg-like ovals and circles speak of new beginnings and transformations while the colors reflect the alchemy process from breaking down through enlightenment.
The Elixir of Life
TAMMY BROWN
Original Oil
36 x 24
700.
Alchemists proposed that all things are interconnected, and that humans can find spiritual elevation through awareness of those connections. Carl Jung’s concept of the collective unconscious built on those ideas proposing that all humans are connected and share a pool of symbols across all time and cultures.. This painting follows the lead of my own unconscious. Images that emerge from within me float in a space that is a connection of earth, fire, water and air, the four elements of Alchemy to create a new unknown space.
Fire Sign
JANUS LEE
Original Acrylic

How do we alchemize fear into power? Tippi Hedren demonstrates putting fear to work as shown in a scene which would never appear in ‘The Birds’. In fact, my subject runs counter to the iconic fear narrative that terrorized an entire generation with a celluloid avian invasion!
Here, Tippi transcends the on-camera terror created by Hitchcock in his early 1960’s horror film. She has apparently made the cut in my art themes since my 2022 painting, ’Barbie VS The Birds’, features a Tippi Hedren Barbie doll set against the backdrop of Hitchcock’s iconic horror film, ‘The Birds’.
Evolution
RUBINA ANJUM
Original Watercolor
14 x 18
750.
With Stokes of purple, pink, crimson, and mauve, a primordial form takes shape.
Abstract yet fetal, it hints at life’s shared beginnings across species.
Circular swirls radiate outward like currents of time, carrying the image toward expansion.
I am drawn to the transformations that shape our inner and outer worlds.
Evolution reflects on our shared
beginnings, where human life emerges from the same primordial currents as other creatures.
The work contemplates human evolution as part of a greater continuum—emerging from Earth’s earliest creatures, bound in flux yet moving toward flame.
Glass Blowers
RUBINA ANJUM
Original Watercolor
6 x 9
350.
Translucent blues swell like balloons of air, luminous and fragile.
Laser-bright crimsons burst across their surface in sudden sparks.
Tubes and lattices tether the forms, as though still alive with breath.
I am drawn to the transformations that shape our inner and outer worlds.
Through these works, I seek to honor flux as the essence of change and flame as the spark of becoming.
The painting holds the drama of performance—exuberant energy expanding into space, yet alanced
by the stillness of blue and pink.
Glass Blowers captures the exuberance of breath expanding into fragile brilliance, where energy meets stillness.
Dream-state
SKYRIS JORGENSEN
Original Acrylic
24 x 30
1440.
"Dream-state" is an explosion of heat and energy that was generated from a place I think everyone can relate to and that is passion.
There is a moment where intuition directs the flow of inspiration and it happens when the subconscious mind tells the conscious mind what to do. The process of fulfilling those burning desires to create, is an artist's style, which I believe is also their language of expression. The subconscious mind is powerful, and it is also where dreams begin.
This piece is a conjunction of flow-state and the act of day dreaming, hence the name. I enjoy working in this state because it gives my individual voice a chance to speak without the conscious mind criticizing it for social acceptance.
Presence In The Vortex
GUY BURCHAK
Original Acrylic
48 x 48
Please Inquire.
The central figurehead represents Presence… “The sense of Presence is very beautifully put by a great Sage who says it is like a door that swings one way towards “All of Manifestation and The Other Way into Infinity”.
The figurehead is placed within the mystical 3-dimension Cube, The Merkabah, used by the Archangel Metatron to watch over the flow of energy connecting earth and the divine.
The underlying Sacred Geometry symbolizes the patterns of our universe. THIS LIFE IS FOR FREEDOM Consciousness is becoming self-aware, the consciousness of the universe, manifesting through you. So, you are a part of the process of the awakening universe. “THE STATE OF PRESENCE” is the ESSENCE of your being. Inspired figurative art.
Generate
SKYRIS JORGENSEN
Original Acrylic
36 x 48
4320.
"Generate" is the first of a new series called Synchromism. It plays out a narrative where one creates for themselves what they need to thrive. Generate your own happiness. Generate your own worth. Generate your own validation.
Becoming your own cheerleader takes on the challenge of self-consciousness. This isn't about speaking mantras in the mirror. It means being proud of yourself without needing others to validate or celebrate with you.
Depression is hard to notice when you're in the middle of it. It takes the mental act of waking up your mind and seeing what is great in your life, to overcome the dull, stuck feeling we get into sometimes.
Excitement generates excitement. When you believe you are strong, you are!
Ocean Familiar
KYLIE MCDONALD
Original Acrylic
24 x 36
1728.
Ocean Familiar is the first in a series of paintings exploring the parallels between womanhood and the animal kingdom.
Often times, the female animal is the larger and fiercer of many species. This subverts expectations for human women, and I think those expectations are misplaced. The term familiar, as I’m using it, has its roots in medieval European folk magic. A familiar is a companion spirit that serves a practitioner, usually manifesting as an animal.
Throughout the series, I’ve chosen different dangerous animals to represent each female figure. Here, in Ocean Familiar, the subject can summon the stinging power of jellyfish. Water is used as an alchemical tool. She sits in a moon temple, honoring the bioluminescence of her familiar.
Breakthoughs, not Breakdowns
SKYRIS JORGENSEN
Original Acrylic
20 x 26
1040.
“Breakthroughs, not Breakdowns” depicts a time in my life where there were so many changes going on, it felt as if they were swirling around my head, making things unclear and sorta "grey." Uncertainty filled me as did the pressure to give in to the different directions I was being pulled to and from.
I had just given birth to my first child, I was sleep deprived and depleted of energy. I craved comfort for myself and felt that I was breaking down physically and mentally. Something had to change, so once again I turned to art to pull me out of the loop of self pity.
This painting became a turning point in my own story, as this breakdown became a breakthrough. The gravity of creating sparked the idea to curate my own solo show, which turned out to be a huge success.
This painting was exactly what I needed to recharge my batteries and it stands as a reminder of the potential outcomes of every breakdown moment in life.
Everglade Familiar
KYLIE MCDONALD
Original Acrylic
24 x 48
2304.
Everglade Familiar is the second in a series of paintings exploring the parallels between womanhood and the animal kingdom.
Here, in Everglade Familiar, the familiar is a symbol of transformation itself. Snakes shed their skin, and have become icons of alchemical significance across cultures. This snake has the genetic mutation of albinism.
The human subject’s coloring has also been transformed, with the genetic mutation of red hair and tanned skin from the Sun. The changing colors in skin and scales are mirrored.
The First Law of Alchemy
TAMMY BROWN
Original Oil
40 x 30
775.
This painting began as an expression of personal losses in a season of grieving.
I painted the objects without judgment or amendment as the memories floated up—a favorite doll, a broken tea set, a kitten and two cats, beloved homes, favorite trees—and the people—pieces of my heart.
Propped on an idle easel in my studio for a few months, this painting loomed large, powerful but incomplete. The losses were there and needed to claim their space, but there was no clue about what happened next, what grew out of the void, what ultimately took over some parts of the empty places, what I learned and how I changed.
When I read Alchemy’s First Law —The Law of Equivalent Exchange, I was reminded of the other half of the story. I take exception to the “equal” part, because there is no measuring an exchange of loss for growth, and pain and gain are clearly not distributed in any balanced way but I do believe there is refinement through emotional fire.
I began to paint the symbols of Alchemy dispersed among the symbols of my life, and when I finished adding the those elements, the painting was complete.
"Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return; to obtain something of equal value, something must be lost. "
Evolution of Humanity
GUY BURCHAK
Original Acrylic
49 x 31
Please Inquire.
This acrylic painting represents the Evolution of Humanity. The initial thought was to identify Humanity visually connected to this Earth by including the physical remains of a human skeleton buried within the landscape.
Essentially illustrating that we are tied to this planet and the artifacts that attest to our evolution are physically evident (i.e., cave paintings, written languages, glyphs, symbology, sculpture etc. to be found).
Also included is a reference to our individual connection to humanity with the inscription “Bottom Left Corner” which reads “The Continuing Presence of You Within Me”. This was initially the name that came to me for this painting… alluding to reincarnation and/or generations of Family, Ethnic, Tribal, National, as well as genus links to Humanity as a whole; Source energy and “I Am”.
The idea that we are all one, the creative force within us all. Above the horizon line the clouds depict Source Energies. They are spinning from above moving down and past the “Galactic Butterfly” and “Mayan Calendar” Symbols representing all consciousness… everything that has ever lived, all evolving like a Phoenix thru fires of transformation. Through cycles of time - “The Procession of the Equinoxes” we experience the Tree of Knowledge connecting our Heart Chakra with the heart of Mother Earth.
Our destiny is to evolve together, to accept and celebrate our connection with one another and all life. This is “The Evolution of Humanity”.
Evolution of Consciousness
GUY BURCHAK
Original Graphite on Paper
48 x 48
Please Inquire.
Charcoal drawing 48” square on a primed wood panel, finished with organic textures. Began as a circle with a stylized condensed landscape with inferences; equator, tropics of Capricorn and Cancer, procession of equinoxes, seasons of life, celestial movements, nature, evolutionary processions representing the metamorphosis of mother earth as creator and host sustaining forces for all life… Leonardo's Sistine Chapel “Hand of God image” is symbolic reference to our outreaching hands towards greater knowledge and wisdom. The whale diving to the depths of mystery as metaphor for submerging beyond ego and navigating the depths of the subconscious mind… probing questions towards self-discovery, pieces of dreams… which "grow" and evolve naturally.
Further identifying elements; The central Crowned tree as Christ consciousness speaking the symbolic metamorphosis of butterflies. Buddha in the tree of life references prophets, shamans, and countless generations of occult knowledge. Consciousness through the ages of time/Mesopotamia/Mayan/Egypt/stone circles all evolving with knowledge known, lost, forgotten, or perhaps concealed. Eye of horas and knowledge of pineal, third eye, the flow of energy chakras and evolution of thought. Holy science, Fibonacci spiral, flower of life, Metatron’s cube and the elements, as above so below, all one, connection of all of creation and the patterns of creation. The patterns! Stages of the dragonfly as metaphor to natural evolution, transformations of life and consciousness. Wolf howling at the mysteries by the eleventh tree of twelve trees/apostles, zodiacs and of months dividing.
